Are you preparing your meals in advance? The surest way to stay on your nutritional path is not only to plan out your meals, but also to make them in advance. If your fridge is full of yummy healthy meals and snacks, you will be much less likely to stop at a drive-thru on your way home from work. So use your recovery day to make your meals.
