Chicken Vegetable Soup (paleo, gluten free)
4 cups of diced chicken
½ tsp of salt
¼ tsp of pepper
2 cups of chopped frozen carrots
½ cups diced onion
2 cups of diced tomatoes
2 cups of crushed tomatoes
2 cups of chicken broth
1/3 cup of tomato paste
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp of leaf oregano
¼ tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp of rosemary
1 tsp of leaf basil
Dump everything in the crock pot and cook on low for 4 to 6
hours. You can also freeze and dump in the crock pot. Freeze in a gallon zip
lock bag.
