Gluten Free/Paleo Balsamic Pork Roast
1 pork roast
½ cup of diced onions
1 T minced garlic
1 cup of chicken broth
½ cup of balsamic vinegar
Place everything in the crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8
hours. You can freeze this and put straight into the crockpot from the freezer.
