Do you love to eat...and dine out...but you also want to be healthy and fit and starve yourself?
Stop dieting!! You can live a healthy lifestyle AND eat good food and NOT work out for hours.

Here are some critical factors to being successful:
*Know your WHY!  Do you have a high school graduation coming up?  What about a wedding?  Or maybe you want to lose that weight you gained from having a baby.  Knowing your why is so important and keeps you on track to hitting your goals.  Think about your why every morning before you start!
*Set your goals at the beginning.  How much weight do you want to lose?  Or maybe you want a non scale victory - like fit into a different size pants.  Maybe you want more energy and just to feel better overall.  Think about your goals and right them down.  Take a BEFORE picture and BEFORE measurements!
*Find a work out YOU love!  You won't love every work out, but you can find your soul mate work out.  If you try one and hate, move on to something else.  If you hate it, you will give up!
*You can't out work a bad diet!  You need the proper nutrition.  In my group, you will learn all about meal prepping and other secret weapons I use to stay on track
*You need a SUPPORT group!  Without, you will will cheat.  In my group, we check in several times a day to hold you accountable!

What is a challenge group?

I run a challenge group (or accountability group) every single month!  My accountability groups are run through private Facebook.  Everyone who buys the challenge pack is added to the group.  We have so much fun in our groups!  Myself and a few coaches on my team tag team these to give you triple the knowledge!  There are prizes (see below)!  You really can't lose by doing one of these challenges (well, you can lose weight).  The friendships I have seen gained from the challenges are really neat.  People that didn't even know each other at the beginning of the challenge become FB friends and stay in touch.  Here are a few things that my challengers have been saying:
