Missed the cake...got the lasagna

At Reece's b-day party, my coffee pot exploded during what was suppose to be the best part of the party - cake eating time! I missed the entire messy thing and I was truly dissappointed. This week, however, I got to experience lasagna eating time. The phone rang while we were eating and I got up to answer it. Reece immediately put her hand to her head several times pretending she was talking as well. She also had a handful of lasagna while doing so! It was "caked" (no pun intended) in what little hair she has and in her ear! I tried using it as an example to show daddy of how pretty she would look in earrings...he did not go for that.
