Roasted chickpeas

Here's a great snack or crunchy salad topping: roasted chickpeas! I bought a bag chick peas and soaked them in water over night. Then I mixed them with some spices and oil and baked them for 45 minutes on 350.
1bag of chickpeas 32 oz
4 T of oil...
2 T of cumin
2 t of garlic powder
1 t of chili powder
1/2 t of sea salt
1/2 t of pepper
1/2 t of red pepper

Makes 4 cups.
